This privacy policy applies across all our sites and services provided by Northern Brights AB. For the purposes of this notice, we'll refer to them as our 'services'.

When we say 'personal data' we mean identifiable information about you, like your name, email, address, telephone number, bank account details, payment information, support queries, etc. If you can't be identified (for example, when personal data has been aggregated and anonymised) then this notice doesn't apply.

When we refer to 'we' (or 'our' or 'us'), that means Northern Brights AB. Please use the Contact Us page if you want to know more about us or our company.

3. Data storage & security

Security is a priority for us when it comes to your personal data. All information you provide when you register on [] is stored in our database and handled with maximum caution. Information on the individual level is available only by logging in with the username and password. It is therefore important that you are managing your username and above all passwords with care. .

4. How we use your data

The information is aggregated by the system to calculate and compile average results at group level, e.g. gender or department. These results are analyzed in anonymously so that you can compare yourself to the group that you are part of. Anonymous data can also be used to improve our services and datamodels.

We use your personal data to provide you the services you've requested and to manage our relationship with you.

We will use your data to communicate with you providing you with information you've requested from or information we are required to send to you. We will also use it to make sure you receive operational information/product information, e.g. when we are updating our services with new product features or planned operational downtime.

We are always looking for new ways to enhance, improve and develop new services: If you are using our services, we might be asking you for feedback or to take part in any research we are conducting (which we may engage a third party to assist with), in accordance with your email preferences. Feedback is always welcome!

If you register by or through an organization or company, aggregated anonymous group results data is provided to team leaders / other managers at the company or organization. To improve the services experience we might also use and show your data in aggregated reports.

5. Cookies

We do not save any personal information in cookies - we only use cookies to keep you logged in.

6. Data retention

We'll retain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you and for a period of time afterwards where we have an ongoing business need to retain it, in accordance with our data retention policies and practices. Following that period, we'll make sure it's deleted or anonymised. We will of course also delete your data if requested.
